Overview
Small service businesses usually stitch together a booking app, a POS and a spreadsheet. BizUpward gives each one a single platform instead: its own website on a subdomain, plus the tools to run the business behind it.
A vertical registry adapts modules, wording and the storefront to each type of business from one codebase. The salon and beauty vertical is complete end to end, with retail and online stores on the same core.
Next is BizUpward v2, re-planned from zero with business research, module plans and recorded decisions before any code is written.

Engineering
Multi-tenant from day one
Tenant-scoped data access is enforced on every request, so every business, branch and staff role only sees its own data.
Many business types, one codebase
A vertical registry adapts modules, wording and storefront per business type instead of forking the code.
Hardened
Short-lived access tokens with refresh and revocation, rate limiting, Zod validation and repeated security audits.
Messaging built in
WhatsApp notifications through the Cloud API and Baileys, and email for sign-up codes and updates.
